Once cured in a standard household oven, it hardens with excellent strength and very minimal shrinkage, so your finished piece keeps its original shape and detail. The clay adheres well to both porous and non-porous surfaces, making it ideal for mixed media and advanced sculptural work.

After baking, it can be drilled, sanded, cut and painted, giving you full flexibility to refine and finish your project exactly as you imagined.

How to Use

1. Knead the clay until smooth and pliable.

2. Shape and create your sculpture.

3. Preheat your oven to 120–130°C.

4. Place your piece on a foil sheet or ceramic tile and bake for 30 minutes.

5. Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before handling.

As a general guide, bake for 30 minutes per 6mm of thickness. Baking times may vary, so a small test piece is recommended.

Do not use a microwave.

Helpful Tips

• Wash hands, tools and work surfaces with dishwashing liquid before sculpting to remove oils and dirt.

• Place your piece in the centre of a preheated oven to ensure even heat distribution.

• Baking at the recommended temperature may produce a small amount of non-toxic fumes. Avoid exceeding the stated temperature.

• Hardened clay can accept additional layers and be re-baked.

• Store unused clay tightly wrapped in cling film inside an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
