Shipping in plain English

We ship from our Auckland warehouse (3 Morningside Drive, Morningside) within 1–2 business days of your order. From there it goes via NZ Post or CourierPost depending on your address.

Delivery times after dispatch

• Auckland metro: 1–2 business days
• North Island main centres: 1–3 business days
• South Island main centres: 2–4 business days
• Rural addresses: add 1–2 business days

Shipping cost

• Free NZ shipping on orders over $75
• Flat-rate shipping on orders under $75
• Oversize / bulky items (large canvases, floor easels): rate calculated at checkout

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the courier scans the parcel.

All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST. Your card statement will show “Handy Mandy” or “Handy Mandy Craft Store”.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something arrives damaged, the wrong item, or it's significantly not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice. Full policy on our Returns & Satisfaction Policy page.

International shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you'd like to place an order from overseas for delivery to a New Zealand address, you're welcome to use a forwarding service — just enter the NZ address at checkout.
