Shipping in plain English
We ship from our Auckland warehouse (3 Morningside Drive, Morningside) in 1–3 working days. From there it goes via NZ Post or CourierPost depending on your address.
Delivery times after dispatch
- Auckland: 1–2 working days
- North Island main centres: 1–3 working days
- South Island main centres: 2–4 working days
- Rural addresses: add 1–2 working days
Shipping cost
- Free NZ shipping on orders over $75
- $8.99 on orders from $25 to $74.99, $5.99 under $25
- Oversize / bulky items (large canvases, floor easels): rate calculated at checkout
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the courier scans the parcel.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If something arrives damaged, the wrong item, or it's significantly not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right: refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice. Full policy on our Returns & Satisfaction Policy page.
International shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only. If you'd like to place an order from overseas for delivery to a New Zealand address, you're welcome to use a forwarding service: just enter the NZ address at checkout.
