We know you want your items as soon as possible, so Handy Mandy Art&Craft Supplies have partnered with New Zealand Post and Aramex to deliver your parcel fast and efficiently!

 

The majority of our items are sent via Aramex And New Zealand Post which has to track information. With this service, and if there is no one at home, they will leave a collection card so you can collect the parcel from your local post office. 

 

Large items are sent via Aramex Express. The couriers will attempt a delivery to your street address and if there is no one at home, they will leave a card so you can arrange a more suitable delivery time.

We believe that to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be able to return our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for Store Credit, excluding postage.

 

All we ask is that you send the items back to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, in a re-saleable condition.

 

Once your return is received and inspected by us, your store credit will be processed and made available on your Handy Mandy Art And Craft Supplies.
