Our recommendation is that you place your orders as early as possible; 

 

Here at Handy Mandy Art Supplies Online, We do our best to ensure a quick turnaround on all orders, so that your package gets to the postman and then to you as quickly as possible.

 

However, dispatch time doesn't mean delivery time and once it is picked up from our warehouse, the time it takes to get to you is out of our hands. Place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We know you want your Art Supplies in your hands as soon as possible! The majority of our orders are sent via New Zealand And Aramex Courier Which has tracking information.

 

Auckland ( 2-4 Business Days )

Auckland Rural ( 3-5 Business Days)

North Island ( 2-4 Business Days)

North Island Rural (3-6 Business Days)

South Island (2-4 Business Days)

South Island Rural (3-6 Business Days)

New Zealand Post And Aramex will attempt delivery of your item and if there is no one at home, they will leave a collection card so you can collect the parcel from your local post office.

 

Larger items are sent via Aramex. Their couries will attempt a delievery to your street and if there is no one at home, they will leave a card so you can arrange a more suitable delivery time.

 

All orders placed before 11am (Auckland Time ) will be dispatched same day!*

 

*Important things to Note

  • Please be mindful that VIC public holidays may affect delivery periods. If your order is very urgent please contact us.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be sent the next business day.
  • Same day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery, delivery times vary depending on your postcode.
  • We ship from Auckland Store directly to you, so you get your Art Supplies as soon as possible.
  • During sale periods the 11 am guarantee dispatch may be affected. 

 

How do I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also log into your account and find the tracking number there.

 

Issues with your order?

 

If upon delivery of your order there is any damage or discrepancy of goods supplied this must be reported to Handy Mandy Art Supplies Online within Seven business days of receipt of goods in order to be rectified. In this unlikely event, please send information along with photos to info@handymandy.co.nz - our team will assess the concerns and do everything in our power to reach a resolution that is favourable for all parties.
