We're a small art supply shop in Morningside, Auckland. Here's exactly what happens after you order.
When your order leaves us
Orders are dispatched in 1–3 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start counting from the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How long delivery takes after dispatch
- Auckland: 1–2 working days
- North Island main centres: 1–3 working days
- South Island main centres: 2–4 working days
- Rural addresses: add 1–2 working days
We send with NZ Post, CourierPost or Aramex depending on your address and the size of the parcel. Large canvases and floor easels go by Aramex. If nobody's home, the courier leaves a card so you can collect the parcel or rearrange delivery.

- Orders $75 and over: free NZ shipping
- Orders $25 to $74.99: $8.99
- Orders under $25: $5.99

Every order goes out by tracked courier. We ship within New Zealand only.
Something wrong with your parcel?
If it arrives damaged, or something's missing, email info@handymandy.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it. See our returns and refunds policy for the details.
