Where does Handy Mandy ship from?
Our Auckland warehouse at 3 Morningside Drive, Morningside. Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Is shipping free in New Zealand?
Yes, free NZ shipping on orders over $75. Under $75, a flat shipping rate applies.
How long does delivery take?
Auckland metro 1–2 days, North Island main centres 1–3 days, South Island main centres 2–4 days. Rural addresses add 1–2 days. Times are from dispatch, not from order.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we ship within New Zealand only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates can lag the actual scan by up to 24 hours.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay on orders over $35.
Are prices in NZD?
Yes. All prices on this site are NZ dollars including GST.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and your card details are encrypted end-to-end. We never see or store your card number.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
14-day returns on unopened items, plus immediate replacement or refund for anything damaged on arrival or incorrectly shipped. Full details on our Returns & Satisfaction Policy page.
How do I start a return?
Email info@handymandy.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll reply within one business day with next steps.
Will you refund my shipping cost?
For damaged or wrong items, yes. For change-of-mind returns on items we accept back, no.

What brands do you stock?
Mont Marte is our headline range — we carry the full Signature, Premium, Studio, Gallery, Metallic, Fluoro and Dimension lines. We also stock specialty supplies from other NZ and overseas suppliers.
Are your products safe for kids?
Most are non-toxic and AP-certified. We've curated a separate Kids' Art Supplies collection for age-appropriate sets.
Can I get advice on what to buy?
Yes — email us with what you're trying to make, your budget, and your skill level. We'd rather you buy the right thing once than the wrong thing twice.
