Graphite pencils for sketching, shading and technical drawing.

Pencil grades run from hard (H) to soft (B). Harder pencils make light, crisp lines for planning. Softer B grades make darker marks that blend well for shading. The 2B Signature 10pc ($4.99) is a good everyday sketching pencil, and the water-soluble graphite set ($4.99) turns into a grey wash with a wet brush.
