Mont Marte Studio Foam Roller 50mm

Mont Marte Studio Foam Roller 50mm: the in-between size for stencils and card making. At 50mm wide it covers a card front or an A5 page in a pass or two, but is still small enough to control over a stencil without paint creeping under the edges.

Use it like a brayer to roll smooth backgrounds, ink up a gel plate for monoprints, or roll a second colour over a texture for broken, abstract effects. Load it lightly and roll it out on scrap paper or a palette first; too much paint is what causes blotches.

Use with: acrylics, poster paint, gouache and watercolour.

Other sizes: 25mm for narrow stripes and small stencils, 100mm for big backgrounds.

Care: wash it out in warm water before the paint dries, squeeze gently and let it air dry.
