• Painting on canvas? Acrylic (start here if new) or oil (more classical).
• Pouring / fluid art? Pouring paint — it's pre-mixed.
• School project / kids? Poster paint or Signature acrylic.
• Refurbishing furniture / DIY? Spray paint with primer + topcoat.
• Painting on glass / ceramic / a mug? Ceramic paint, oven-fixable.
