This is a 100g craft aerosol: roughly a third the size of a standard 400g hardware-store can. It is made for craft and small projects, and sprays best in several thin coats rather than one heavy one.
How many cans you need: 2 cans over a dark base.
Tip: Metallics are translucent by design: lay down a Matt Black or Satin Black base coat first, or the finish will look thin and patchy.

Best base coat?
Matt Black or Satin Black makes Copper richest. Bare wood works for a more rustic look.
Topcoat?
Gloss Clear seals and prevents oxidation. Without it, copper develops verdigris (greenish) tarnish outdoors.
Fade?
It depends on how much sun and weather the piece gets. For anything outdoors, finish with a Gloss Clear topcoat to help protect the colour.
