Mont Marte Crayons 36pc
Mont Marte Crayons 36pc: 36 wax crayons in a tin. Thirty-six colours gives kids room for shading, skin tones and the in-between greens, not just the rainbow basics. The wax is firm and smooth, so it colours evenly on paper. A good pick when you're looking for crayons in NZ for a school bag, a classroom supply list or the craft drawer at home.
Why a tin: a cardboard box gets squashed at the bottom of a school bag and the crayons snap inside it. A tin keeps the set together and closes up again after use.
What they're for
- Kids' colouring (3+)
- School supply lists (Year 1 to 6)
- Quick illustration and sketching
- Wax resist under watercolour (the wax pushes the water away, so the drawing shows through)
- Rubbings (lay paper over a textured surface and rub with the side of a crayon)
FAQ
What age are these for? 3+ with supervision.
Are they non-toxic? Yes, Mont Marte lists them as non-toxic.
Will they break easily? They're firm wax and the tin protects them, but any crayon will snap if it's dropped or pressed hard. A snapped crayon still colours fine.
Do you ship NZ-wide? Yes. We dispatch from Morningside, Auckland, and shipping is free across NZ on orders over $75.
